STORE POLICY

Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Remaining balances are due at the time of service.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Please respect appointment times to allow us to accommodate all clients.

 

Late Policy

We offer a grace period of up to 15–20 minutes. Arriving beyond the grace period may result in a late fee or your appointment being rescheduled to protect the schedule of other clients.

 

Service Adjustments

If you experience any concerns with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess and resolve the issue.

 

Hygiene & Safety

We follow strict sanitation and sterilization protocols for all services to ensure a safe and clean environment for every client, especially for piercing and beauty treatments.

Product Sales & Shipping

All product purchases are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Shipping times vary based on location. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed.
